ZAV CellGuard is a highly specialized liquid nutrient solution containing easily assimilated Calcium Chloride enriched with Boron. Calcium disorders are among the most common and devastating issues in commercial farming, leading to unmarketable produce (such as Blossom End Rot in tomatoes or Bitter Pit in apples). Because Calcium is highly immobile within the plant, it must be continuously supplied directly to the developing tissues. ZAV CellGuard is formulated with Boron to act as a "nutrient pump," ensuring that Calcium is rapidly transported to the fruits and cell walls where it is needed most.
